🍀 March 15|A Sweet Sunday at Pan Pacific Park

March 15, 2026

Los Angeles gave us one of those perfect Sunday afternoons today — bright sunshine, cool breezes, and families filling the park. It was the first time Lucky Baker brought our cookie booth to Pan Pacific Park on a Sunday, and what happened next surprised even us.

We arrived around 1:15 PM and began setting up our booth near the park entrance by the parking lot, where people were walking in for basketball games, dog walks, and a relaxing afternoon outdoors. Almost immediately after we finished setting up, our first box of cookies sold.

From that moment on, the afternoon turned into a joyful little cookie rush.

Within just an hour and a half, every single box we brought was gone.

What Sold Today

Today’s batch included three of our small-batch soft cookie flavors:

  • Chocolate Chip – our classic favorite (sold out first)

  • Vanilla – simple, comforting, and soft

  • Banana Peanut Butter – a rising crowd favorite, naturally gluten-free and vegan-friendly option

What made today special was not just the speed, but the way people bought them.

Several customers didn’t stop at one box. One lovely visitor picked up one of each flavor, while others grabbed two boxes to share with family or friends. Seeing customers excited enough to bring cookies home to others is always one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Community Moments That Made Our Day

One lovely angel customer shared a helpful tip with us: she mentioned that Sunday mornings at the park can be even busier, especially because a nearby clinic brings many families with young children to the area. We will test that theory soon.

Another wonderful surprise came when a visitor introduced herself and told us she runs a publication and expressed interest in potentially featuring Lucky Baker, which we’re incredibly grateful for.

Moments like these remind us why we started Lucky Baker in the first place — not just to bake cookies, but to build real connections within the community.

A Perfect Day for Cookies

The weather couldn’t have been better. Sunny skies, cozy air, and a steady flow of park visitors created the perfect environment for a cookie booth.

By the time we packed up, every cookie we had baked for the day had found a home.

Not bad for our first Sunday at the park.

See You Next Time

If you’re visiting Pan Pacific Park, keep an eye out for the Lucky Baker booth. We bake in small batches, so once the cookies are gone, they’re gone.

But that just means the next batch is already on the way.

Because around here, we believe cookies should always be fresh, soft, and baked with a little bit of luck.

Wish you all best of luck!

With Gratitude,

Lucky Baker 🍀
