🍋🍪 Lemon Flavor — A Brighter Kind of Softness

In addition to Apple Cinnamon and Matcha White Chocolate, we are introducing another new flavor: Lemon.

It’s a little different from the others.

When I first started testing this one, I wasn’t trying to make something bold. I just wanted something lighter — something that feels a bit brighter, especially for days when you don’t want anything too rich.

Lemon turned out to be exactly that.

The cookie is soft and delicate, with a gentle texture that almost melts as you eat it. There’s a natural freshness from the lemon, balanced with just enough sweetness to keep it smooth and easy to enjoy.

It’s not sharp or overwhelming.
It’s calm, clean, and quietly refreshing.

Compared to the other flavors, this one feels a bit more subtle.
It doesn’t stand out in a loud way — but it leaves a very different impression.

When I shared a few samples, some people described it as:
“light”
“fresh”
“something I can keep eating”

That was exactly what I was hoping for.

This flavor also taught me something new.
Not every cookie needs to feel rich or indulgent.
Some can feel soft in a lighter way — still comforting, just with a different kind of balance.

Lemon is still new, and I’ll continue refining it.
But for now, it brings something different to the table.

A small contrast, but an important one.
