Apple Cinnamon is one of those flavors, the new flavor we are rolling out..

It started as an experiment — I wanted something warm, something familiar, something that feels like a quiet afternoon when the air is a little cooler and time slows down just a bit. Not overly sweet, not complicated — just comforting in the most honest way.

This cookie is built differently.

Each one is soft and gently puffy, with a light golden surface and a delicate crackle on top. Inside, you’ll find small pieces of apple that have been carefully prepared to bring out their natural sweetness without adding too much moisture. A touch of cinnamon is layered throughout — not overpowering, but enough to wrap the whole cookie in warmth.

The result is a cookie that feels balanced:
soft but structured, rich but not heavy, sweet but never too sweet.

It’s the kind of flavor that doesn’t shout for attention — but once you try it, it quietly becomes your favorite.

For me, this cookie represents something simple:
