🍵🍪 A Cookie Inspired by a Matcha Lover: Matcha White Chocolate Soft Cookies

Some flavors arrive quietly.
This one arrived with persistence.

A close friend of mine is a serious matcha lover. For months, she kept asking the same question every time we talked about new cookie ideas:

“When are you going to make a matcha cookie?”

She asked once.
Then again.
And again.

Eventually, I gave in — and started testing.

Today, I’m introducing Matcha White Chocolate — a soft cookie that pairs the earthy depth of premium matcha with creamy white chocolate chips.

Matcha has a flavor that invites you to slow down. It’s gently bitter, grassy, and calming. When folded into soft cookie dough and balanced with white chocolate, the result becomes something beautifully layered.

The matcha brings depth.
The white chocolate brings warmth.
Together, they create a cookie that feels comforting but slightly unexpected.

Like all Lucky Baker cookies, these are baked in small batches to keep the center soft and satisfying.

This cookie is for:
• Matcha lovers
• Anyone who enjoys desserts that are not overly sweet
• Those curious about a flavor that blends East and West
• And of course, the friend who kept insisting I make this flavor

Lucky Baker has always been about listening — to customers, to friends, and to the little ideas that keep returning until they become something real.

🍀 Building Lucky Baker, one intentional recipe at a time.

With gratitude,

Lucky Baker
