šŸ€ April 11|A Windy Saturday, A Sweet Milestone

Pan Pacific Park | April 11

Some Saturdays feel like a quiet practice.
And some Saturdays feel like something is shifting.

April 11th was one of those days.

We arrived in the afternoon, greeted by soft sunshine and… very determined wind. The kind that tugs at your tent, swirls sand into the air, and makes you hold onto everything just a little tighter.

But we stayed.
And people came.

šŸŖ A Quick Sell-Out, A Big Feeling

Within just two hours, we were completely sold out.

It happened quickly — faster than we expected — and in that moment, everything felt a little surreal. Conversations flowed, samples disappeared, and one by one, boxes found their way into people’s hands.

And then, just like that, it was time to pack up.

It was our strongest day so far.

šŸµ New Flavors, Honest Reactions

This pop-up marked the first appearance of several new flavors:

  • Apple Cinnamon

  • Lemon

  • Matcha White Chocolate

  • A few mixed variety boxes

The variety boxes disappeared first, a clear sign that people love trying a little bit of everything.

Then came the individual flavors.

  • Matcha White Chocolate sparked the most conversation. Some people lit up instantly, others gravitated toward something more familiar.

  • Apple Cinnamon is a no-brainer for cinnamon lovers.

  • Lemon was softer and more subtle, quietly waiting for the right people to find it.

  • Banana Peanut Butter remained a steady favorite, especially for those looking for something vegan and gluten-free.

Next time, we’re thinking about bringing back some classics… and maybe introducing something new.
Coffee has been quietly calling our name ā˜•

šŸ’› The People Behind the Day

What made this day special wasn’t just the pace.

It was the people.

Taylor and Edward, two fellow small business owners, stopped by early in the afternoon. They shared their business, followed us on Instagram, and later came back to support us. That kind of full-circle moment means more than it looks.

One customer surprised us by switching into another language mid-conversation and sharing stories about an upcoming trip abroad. Even in a transitional moment in his own life, he chose to support our small business.

We also met a lovely couple who had spent many years living overseas. What started as a simple question turned into a warm, familiar conversation that felt unexpectedly close to home. Their kindness stayed with us long after they left.

One lady told me she’s preparing to launch her own body care brand. She purchased to support our business. There’s something special about small businesses quietly supporting each other like that.

And then there are the familiar faces. Deacon and Rome stopped by again. Rome has always been loyal to the Banana Peanut Butter — it’s his flavor. And Deacon, in his own quiet way, looks out for his friend, picking up a box for him when he doesn’t have one.

We hope they loved it.
And we hope to see them again next week.

🌱 Growing, One Moment at a Time

Lucky Baker is still new. Still learning. Still becoming.

But this Saturday felt like a small milestone — not because of numbers, but because of energy, connection, and trust.

So many kind people stopped by that afternoon.
And that’s what we’re taking with us.

We’ll be back soon.
And we’ll bring something new with us.

With Gratitude,

Lucky BakeršŸ€
