I listened.

Today, I’m launching Banana Peanut Butter Bliss — a vegan and gluten-free cookie created with intention and care.

This flavor keeps things beautifully simple: ripe bananas for natural sweetness, creamy peanut butter for richness, and thoughtfully selected gluten-free ingredients to create that soft, satisfying center Lucky Baker is known for.

No dairy.
No wheat.
No compromise on texture.

It took testing. Vegan baking is chemistry. Gluten-free baking is architecture. Getting both right in one cookie felt like building a tiny edible bridge. But when the batch finally came out soft, structured, and deeply nutty, I knew we had it.

This cookie is for:
